I'm trying to do 2 snippets, one for short sale, one for foreclosure. Do I have a code for these? I know it will pull separate through our feed, but not sure how to enter that feature in a snippet.

Hi Paula, you'll probably want to post something in the work order section. Your IDX feed may be different but I have two separate snippets one that pulls foreclosures and another for short sales. These were snippets that REW made for me.

Hello,

I do not see any field in the WCBR IDX feed that indicates that the listing is a short sale or foreclosure. Do you happen to know what the field name is called in the MLS? Currently the only way I can see that you could do this would be to have us set up a search in the remarks for the words "short sale" and "foreclosure" .... I also see some "short sale" info in the "Features" so that might also work.

Under the Inclusions section of the MLS agents must check "short sale" or "Bank owned/REO". Since it's under "inclusions" (or yes, where you saw "features" is the same thing) I'm thinking we can pull it separate?? Will it be possible to pull it from there in a snippet.

It appears that you can search the "Features" field.

The code would be:

$_REQUEST['features'][] = "short sale";

$_REQUEST['features'][] = "REO/Bank Owned";
