1hr programming - Please be aware that after an update the design may need some adjustments the programming here only includes uploading the latest version of wordpress - if there are design changes that need to be made as a result of the upgrade you will have to request a new work order

--"Recent Posts" in choicefinance.net blog, in right margin, are all bunched together. Have them show nice and organized like they do at choicerealestate.net.

--I've created many pages like http://www.choicerealestate.net/bethesda-md-condos.php. I want to do 2 things to pages like this; 1)install a snippet that inserts different sales price ranges to click on (0-250, 250-400,etc.) Once i have the snippet i'll duplicate for the many other similar pages. 2)replace the green box "View Details" with a text link that populates the first several words of the remarks section. BOTH of these requests can be seen in action on Marc's page here, http://www.luxurysarasotarealestate....reclosures.php

The price range links will be predefined price ranges that you provide - so they will not change from page to page - it will not be a snippet - however - we will make the option for you to turn them on or off in the snippet that's currently on the page.

**There are so many pages I want to make this happen with. I was hoping you could create it once with a snippet so from there I can duplicate it as many times as i'd like. If not a snippet that's fine, but will i be able to duplicate on my own? This is 40 hours of work i want to do on my own and not pay for, if possible... just like i've done with so many pages on my site, once I knew the snippet**

What I am suggesting is that you will have the option to turn the price ranges off per snippet - what we can do is make it so a price range table shows up on every snippet unless you turn it off. Will that work?

-- in all caps put RENTAL in Title tag for rental listings. There is currently nothing that indicates these are rentals.

--At the bottom (or a place you think desirable) i want to put a box for commenting and adding your photos. This site does it with every listing, http://franklymls.com/FR6735593. I talked with mris and I'm allowed, I can send you my confirmation via email if you want it. I want each listing to be a place where others who have visited can share their comments and pictures. please communicate w/me on how best to accomplish this. A mini blog that also gets indexed to the main blog i have? If too extensive we can address this after this project.

Yes will will need the confirmation from MRIS please send to (idx@realestatewebmasters.com) - likely about 10hrs programming for something like this. However it won't be a blog or anything that extensive - simply a place for them to leave comments on the listings ( similar to a blog post comments - then a place in the backend will be needed for you to review and approve or deny the comments. ) The uploaded images will show up near the bottom of the page.
**I will email you the permission to do so. Will the results be similar to the example I gave you? I might need to talk with you on the phone on this one. I want to make sure I'm clear of what I'm getting into before we proceed**
