I would like to know where I stand with my site www.davidpannellhomes.com . I believe I have some cash unused with SEO work $2500-5,000 bucks and I hope I have some time left to make some changes that I have thought of.

9 months ago when I started this project I really had no clue what I was doing and was easily pleased with all what your company has done.

I purchased a full blown custom site or probably a initial site at this point. I have a small idea what it takes to build a custom site with coding and custom features.

Here a list of things I hope I have time for.

1. In my lead management, I hate the message I have. I know I intially wrote it, but I think its lame now. I would like to be able to edit the intial message or have it changed. Spaced just like this.

Mike has called me about the promotion. The 50% off promotion. I am interested in the following if I could trade some of my SEO time for it. I will not be using the SEO team for some time, so I need to do something with it. I would like to take advantage of this promotion discount.

I would like to do the following.

1) Control Panel for Agents & customers:

You would have to get the upgrade to CMS 2.0, first.

1) A site integrated separate page password protected Control
Panel where a visitor can access saved properties, searches they set
up and an internal messaging system within the website.
2) An intuititive search function that auto-generates a search
after a visitor views 20 properties.They can change the search within
the Control Panel, or you can in lead manager. You can also add a
search within lead manager.
3) The message system where you can communicate on a single
subject and both view the communication and respond within that
subject. The emails back and forth are within the system, not to your
outlook.

3) Google Street Maps, Client wil be able to look at the neighborhood
around the home they are looking at. They can do a 360 around and
drive up and down the street to see other homes.

4) Google Directions, The client will be able to get the directions to
a home from there work. They will be able to see the distance from
where they are coming from.

So, with the exception of #1 (you should be able to do that one yourself for free) and #4 (15 min programming time - please approve and we'll put it into production), there is no way for you to take advantage of the promotion, David, without having CMS 2 already. I have no idea whether you can purchase the upgrade and the promo items now, and just have the promo items implemented later. You would have to ask a salesperson about that, and for that, I recommend a phone call in the next 15 minutes. Sorry man.

I am just going to pay the site off first then worry about it if I can get a promo cut. I paid alot...
