I need to adjust my age range search on my site so that you can pick more than one age range OR so that it will be "newer than" X.

Right now you have to pick an age range so that if you search from 1- 6 you will not get new homes or homes under construction.

Sure - I think that the "newer than" X will be the best option here. Were you thinking of a drop down? Or will the X be a text entry field where users can enter a number? If it's the drop down let us know the values you would like in the drop down.
