How to snippets for condos only and waterfront properties?
Anyone know how to get a snippet for condos only? I could also use one for properties that are waterfront. Thanks, Todd.

Hello Todd
In your CMS is a snippet called #my-snippet# that is a good starting point. But assuming you already mastered that stuff: $_REQUEST['idx'] = 'residential'; $_REQUEST['prop_type'] = 'CONDO/TOWNHOUSE'; Other options in residential are CONDO/TOWNHOUSE MOBILE PREFABRICATED SINGLE FAMILY

Thanks Steven. That's perfect. I'll give it a try and let you know how it worked. We don't have a lot of condo here but there are some beachfront complexes I can use for snippets. I appreciate the help, Todd.
