oh - I double checked #Bank-Owned-REO-checkbox# seems to be using the checkbox (AdditionalListingInfo) and also looking in the remarks. It seems you have a snippet called #sample# - that you have put a bunch of info into including the PM that I sent to explain the AdditionalListingInfo snippet for Bank-Owned / REO

I was unsure from looking at what is there what did what. Sometimes in remarks agents put not a bank owned property., and the remarks picks that up, so with the additional info field of "REO / Bank Owned Property" I get things that are just that. I thought what I had labeled as the bank check box was just that, the additional field of "REO / Bank Owned Property".

Can you kindly point out which one ( snippet) I should be using to just get the"REO / Bank Owned Property" from the additional info field? Thanks. If you want to send it pm or regular or rename one, that would be greatly appreciated.

I've modified this snippet #Bank-Owned-REO-checkbox# to only use that field.
