it was a strategic event a Vancouver REALTOR I know (Kye Grace) put on. Staged an open house over a long weekend - made it Web 2.0 viral and had sensational media attention. Also attracted a lot of attention to the property *Gastown Loft* he has listed.

@Branson - by all measures yes (althought the property still hasn't been sold)

@Nash - the event wasn't mine, it was in Vancouver. Google "72 hour open house"

Most of what you need to get to 200 is on REW. Also, it is getting to page 1 on Google for not just one keyword, but many.
