I was curious to see if anyone here offered loan modification services or went after clients to do loan mods for ?

I am very curious, too. I have clients here that need it, but I don't feel comfortable recommending these scammers.

The qualification analysis is free and only if your're in an 85% to 95% range that they will be succesfull, will they ask you to pay a retainer fee for attorney services. If the attorneys can't complete the loan mod in 180 days you get your retainer fee back. That simple. If the client can't do a loan mod the client gets sent back to you with a short sale option.

So it could take them up to 6 months to do a loan mod ?

A real estate agent that my boss talked to said that he had great experience with one company, so My boss is looking into it and is going to give them a shot. If it works out I'll post the name but since its just that of talk I'll be quiet

Yes it can depending on how difficult the situation is. Most do not take that long, but it is a money back guarantee, where as some companies do not give the fee's back. From my experience with the company, once the attorneys think they can do the loan mod with an 85%-95% certainty they ask for the retainer fee and within 2 months the loan mod was done. If the attorneys feel the client will not qualify for a loan mod through the free qualification process they will not ask for a fee and advise the client to short sale it with a local realtor. This company is for real and they are ethical.

Oh, and they only do Loan Mods in CA, NV, OR, and WA
