I do not know how many times I see someone brag about buying a house and steal the loan away from their loan officer.
Countless at this point. Most of the people I add I have had personal and professional experiences with. I must say the personal ones are the ones I have the most success with.

I have a pending buyer contract now and I'm convinced that Facebook helped make it happen. I had a gal register on my site some eight months ago - she had gotten there from an AdWords campaign. She wouldn't be ready to buy for 6 months or so. I befriended her on Facebook where she noticed we had some freinds in common - wouldn't you know it - they were previous clients! Ka-Ching! After that there was NO WAY she was going to use someone else when she was ready. And she didn't!
