Many hard money lenders can help foreclosure buyers with fast cash against equity. It open the door for acquiring several properties without the need to rely on conventional financing

That is a great advise. Buy how do you get "in the banks good name list"?

Get yourself in front of the people deciding on who to give the listings to.

Frequent the conferences, continue to search these forums for ideas, get registered with all the REO vendor directories and workflow systems.

Just make yourself as visible to these people as possible, there are tons of agents and broker competeing for the listings - Just make yourself stand out a little.

PM me if you have any specific questions, I would be more than happy to help.

Thanks

Which REO vendors are the trusted ones?
Is it OK to pay for registration?

Lana -

Which REO Vendors are you referring to?

Are you asking about online directories?

Or about Banks and Outsourcers?

If you are referring to the online directories I would have to of course say REO AllStars (of course) and also REONetwork - We are the top two.

Other than that I wouldn't have much info, as they do not seem to get near as much traffic.

As for banks and outsourcers I would tell you to go with your gut feeling... if they seem to be a little shady, they typically are.

You can PM me with any other questions if you would like.

Thanks
