Yet...
One of the beauties of a blog is that if you write compelling content, other people will naturally (and deeply) link to you. That is FAR better than reciprocal links. Link OUT liberally to others. That's hard to do, but I can assure you it will get you "on the radar" of other real estate bloggers, some of which at some point will link back to you. I used to have a blogroll. I got too many requests from people to be added to it so I dumped it over two years ago.

What about three way blog roll linking? I can do some if there's positive advantage to it.
