I could be wrong Paul, but I believe Craig's concepts are heavily borrrowed from Dan Kennedy who taught these same principles to the insurance industry in the 80's and many of them were quite successfull.

An agent in our office uses the system and is the top producer in our region. Works for him. I checked into it briefly and for me it was a big "turn-off"--not my style. Always worth investigating, though.
