Great site. Very professional and well done. My only thought... do people really need a password to search MLS listings? I've got enought passwords to remember... and usually click the "forgot my password" link anyway. Maybe just signing up with an email address would be enough? If there's a good reason for a password then maybe I should add one to my San Diego homes search. Thanks for your post!

Now that you've added the featured listings... I think it really makes the whole homepage gel, though I still think you should make the Oakland Real Estate and H1 or H2 to increase the font size. Overall, it's very nice.

Wayne and I took this off of our site and we like it. We think the pw is a barrier to registration.

Yea this is different than how I had it last, and I'm debating changing it back to requiring just and email. I agree it's extra hoop to jump through. Thanks for the input.

Good Looking site and packed with info. Is Broadway Heights and Broadway Terrace the same thing? The link at the bottom of the home page has Heights and the page has Terrace. No big deal but it had me scratching my head.

Maybe to many   chracters before 'Oakland Real Estate'.

I would be interested to see what everyone says about this, but I would like there to be a little less space between the featured listings and your h2 tag (which might need to be a h1 tag?)

My suggestion would just to have a <br /> (or 2) after the featured listing area... and then you delete a lot of unnecessary code

Yea I agree, I was having trouble with it at first so I left it that way. I just moved it up a little. Thanks
