I wish I had researched this company befor edoing work for them. Has anyone figured out how to get paid from this company? Everytime I speak to one of the agents about payment I get the same story, "they will send an email to the finance department". Does anyone have a direct number or email for the finance department?

Eval takes anywhere from 4 to 8 months to pay you. You have to keep reminding them that they owe you money, via email or phone. Keep the loan number and address on file. I believe there thinking is, the agent will forget about the BPO and not follow up. All you have to do is follow up and eventually you'll get paid. But who wants to hunt down a company that owes you money for a service you provide? I will not do anymore BPO's for them.

I have had a HORRIBLE experience with Evaluation Solutions. I was assigned a BPO in which the subject had suffered severe fire damage. Not only was it very difficult to find comps with the same kind of damage, I even had to go inside the house wearing a mask because of the fire damage. However, after a lot of hard work I was able to complete the BPO as best as I could. I even did meticulous research to find out how much it would cost to fix the fire damage. After submitting the BPO I received an email from Evaluation Solutions saying that they were not happy with the comps I found because those comps hadn't suffered the severe amount of damage as the subject. They said that I had exactly two hours to fix the BPO or else they wouldn't pay me. I think it is ridiculous to give someone only two hours fix a BPO when usually other companies give you ample time but I had heard of other agents who were not able to fix their BPOs within the two-hour range and they didn't get paid by Evaluation Solutions. So even though I was in the middle of doing something else, I ran to the computer to fix the BPO so that they wouldn't have an excuse not to pay me. I was finally able to find a comp that had similar severe damage but they still weren't happy because they wanted this comp to have the exact living area as the subject and the difference was only 176 ft!!! They are now refusing to pay me for this BPO. It is obvious to me that Evaluation Solution takes advantage of agents and they try to find every single excuse to not pay the agents who complete work for them.
PLEASE LISTEN TO EVERYONE'S COMPLAINTS AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR VALUABLE TIME WORKING FOR EVALUATION SOLUTIONS! |

I stopped doing their bpo's because their pay is a joke for the amount of work you need to do.

it is my understanding that you can get REO listings without having to do tons of BPO's for free. Check with agents in your office who are successful and see if they will share some info with you. There are plenty to go around
