Microsoft has terrible ad management software compared with Google. There are so many little glitches like that. They once ran a geo-targeted ad campaign of mine nation-wide. It expended all of the allotted dollars for the month in a day or two. I still use Microsoft Ads, but I don't like them. Hopefully they'll improve their system now that they're taking over all of Yahoo's search business.
