I know we have asked this before - I think... but we have quite a few prospects sitting on a different system that we would like to stop using. I have a csv file of that and I think I was told that it is possible to import those leads to our lead management system here, as long as the fields are the same.
Can I get the fields and I guess in the order they need to be in so those leads can be imported.
And how does one go about importing this bulk upload?

Hi Rita,

For importing leads - best thing to do would be to email the csv file to sales@realestatewebmasters.com and we can take a look to see how well it will fit and give you an estimate on the one-time import of the leads.

We have done this a few times - however - recently we have been leaning away from doing this due to spamming issues. If we import a whole bunch of leads into your REW website and they start getting emails from you that they never opted in to get - then there is a greater chance our servers will be blocked for spam.

What we suggest is that you use the system your are currently using to send them an email which suggests that they sign up on your REW site. That way they can 'opt-in' and know why they are getting those emails.
