For email blasts there are quite a few other options. However, not all are webcentric.
In the past we've use a stand alone program when we are doing massive email blasts that are timed so as not to create an issue with our isp. These blasts are different then the ones we send out from our REW backend.
I'm looking for the software we used and we''ll update when I find it LOL.
