Of course now the tax credit has been extended to sales occurring on or before April 30, 2010. If you can enter in to a binding purchase agreement by April 30 you have up until June 30 to close the transaction. Plus the tax credit has been expanded to include qualified repeat homebuyers. They can qualify for a tax credit of 6500. This is good new for real estate agents. I think it has helped the real estate market here in West Michigan.

I don't have any experience buying a house. And if that will give benefit to me, I will surely try that one... I hope someday I will have my own house too, like you, congratulation that's a good investment for your future.

Almost 80% of all home searches today begin on the Internet. With just a few clicks of the mouse, home buyers can search through hundreds of online listings, view virtual tours, and sort through dozens of photographs and aerial shots of neighborhoods and homes. You've probably defined your goals and have a pretty good idea of the type of home and neighborhood you want. By the time you reach your real estate agent's office, you are halfway to home ownership.
