Hello All,
Trying to find out how to in essence reach you! Our Firm Equicore, Inc. provides all encompassing Home Equity Preservation services for. Currently how are you finding these firms and what is your opinion on a company that provides "one stop" shopping when it comes to make ready and repair services? Do you feel it helps or hinders you in some way? This is of course those currently providing REO. Is there anything we can provide in the industry that we are overlooking or can do to make our services more attractive? For thread purposes our website is www.Equicore.com. Thanks for your input in advance. |

The property preservation companies, for the most part, are contracted with the bank that provides the listing. Nationwide companies like Field Asset Services, Cyprexx, etc. They all provide one-stop shopping for preservation services. I even think that these businesses in particular, are starting to offer too many services that are outside of their original scope (ie ordering reports, supplying contractor bids for major construction, hazardous material transporting and more.
For the few banks that allow us (the agent) to use our own vendor, we use a local contractor. |
