Marketing yourself as an expert agent instead of marketing your listings is a savvy marketing idea.

Maybe your agents are worried about what their customers will think about them when they see their face in the video.

For most people, a face behind the computer is enough. You do not have to be beautiful to make a success of it. Your face enhances your trustworthiness and that brings you business.

If they are shy, you can work it to your advantage. Just ask them to be frank about it. Tell your customers, I want you to see me - that's why I am doing this, though I have never done it before and I know this is definitely not perfect.

I think such a video would work better than professional ones with voice over artistes and snazzy stuff.
