Some people are too shy to leave a message, others are too busy. It's a good business practice to call everyone back. Often it is not a wrong number but you will never who it is and what they want until you call back. Calling every missed number shows you are diligent, caring, and organized. It may lead to traffic and/or a sale but if nothing else, it will hone your phone skills! The more calls you place to people where you have no idea what the reception is going to be, the more relaxed you'll sound when you call prospects who register on your website.
