Good advice from everyone. Most of the time these deals do close because the buyer still wants to buy and the seller still wants to sell.
So, the question is: did this deal close??? I suspect it did. Unfortunately, this is almost an every day thing with mortgage companies and the new scrutiny of paperwork.
