Overall I really really like it. A few personal preferences: on the the results page I would maybe try to highlight the show by map section a little more. That is a cool feature that could be very easily glossed over as it is now.
A third/fourth for the mouse over pictures on details page or something beside what is there currently. That looks tedious to get through 25 pics. I would make the main photo bigger. Bigger is better I dig the big boxes "5 bedrooms" etc, nice way to highlight the info that most people are looking for. I can't quite place it, but I just don't like something about the "next steps". Seems too easily lost. Perhaps the other calls to action are enough though.I also think there are too many tabs in general..."map" "street view" "birds eye". I like to see all that info on one page rather than having to tab through 8 screens. I like the inquire form too. Overall, it is great.
