Default Website inquires

For some reason on my site if a visitor tries to submit an inquiry or request a showing it doesn't work. They can press the inquire button as many times as they want but nothing happens. Is there something I need to change or is this just a glitch?

Thanks for the help!

Brad

Hi Brad,

Which Browser are you using? I tested in IE 7,8 and Firefox and could not duplicate the issue. I'll ask the designer to take a look at this post as well.

Thank you,

Hey Arron,

Thanks for getting back to me on this. I am running IE 7 and still don't have any luck. I'm not sure if I gave you the best description of the issue. It is when someone clicks on a property and wants to request a showing or inquire about it. Nothing happens at the time they hit submit or inquire.

Also, I have another issue I'm having a hard time with and might just need a little direction. I have added some content to one of my pages and everything looks fine on the initial page. However, when you click to the next page of homes as I have an idx snippet, everything looks unorganized. I am using the top and bottom snippet, so I wouldn't think there would be an issue with the idx but there is. I have looked to see if this issues is on all my community pages and it isn't. Below is a link to the page, can you give me some thoughts or direction.

Thanks for your help

Brad

Hi Brad,

All fixed up. The issue with the Inquire button is corrected.

The issue with that page was due to having a closing </form> tag in there After the snippet .... which broke the second pages.

Thank you,

Thanks Aaron, you guys are great. So do I have to make sure that closing tag is somewhere when I add content to my other pages. I tried to search to see where you had put it in but wasn't able to find it.

Thanks again!
