When viewing leads for the day, there is New, Returning and All. All and Returning are always the same figure, which means that New and Returning are being combined.

We need to have then seperated so that New are not included with Returning. It is quite confusing for my agents when they want to send an email to just returning leads and have to go back and forth between the two to cull our Returning.

Thoughts?

I see what you mean - but you will need a work order to change the default functionality of the Lead Manager.

I just logged into your site and went to This Weeks Leads.

New (9) Returning (29) All (33)

So Returning and All are not the same.

A lead can be new and returning in a week. Say someone signed up on Monday, then came back on Wednesday. If we check the lead manager on Friday then that lead will be both New for the week and a returning lead for the week.

Everything appears to be functioning as expected to me.
