There is a lot to consider as far as financing goes. The mortgage market is changing constantly. You will have to consider how much you can put down for down payment. You have to consider your ratios and credit score, which are more important than ever. The rules are changing on condos, so you would need to be aware of that as well.

When buying a condo, lots of things to consider. The first is the location, it must accessible to school, hospital, supermarket, etc... Then, you must also consider your budget, there are condos that the price is cheap, but then the qualities are good.

if you are single then its good to have condo as your home, but if you have a family then I must say that regular home is the best choice for you.....
