It only took me one time for the Georgia test, but I didn't think I passed to tell you the truth.....but then when I went for my results I got a 90%. I guess praying works

I was able to pass both portions on the first attempt but I was taking the test with a lot of people that were taking at least one part multiple times. One guy was taking it for the 9th time. It did make me wonder, but I guess if there are no rules against it....

once. But when was going to take it I was very nervous, I was reading some questions and forgot what it asked because I was so nervous. I was rereading things and I started to think about changing my answer. It was really tuff. Almost all trick questions and so many answers seemed like they were right, but you will know the true answer it will just fit.

New Jersey took me 2 times

North Carolina First.

New Jersey was first but I let the license lapse. Talk about a very bad idea. Retake a 75 hour class for NC was not fun.

I was only 21 when I took the test. I thought I did horrible, but I 93% the first time. woo hoo. If only that meant that I would have made a million my first year. I think I've only thought of about 10% of the material that was on the test over the years. It definitly doesn't prepare someone for Realtor status.

Dylan,

I definitely agree. It is a great base of knowledge to have but as you said you don't use it much in the day to day business of being a real estate agent.

Once for Indiana and once for Florida. I wished they would give you the score when you pass, I would have liked to know how I scored.

Once for California (Sales & Broker), Oregon, & Washington. I think it's too bad the licensing exams aren't more focused on the forms that are in common use.
