Hi Folks - Newbie here to the forums. Actually new to real estate in general. My background is in online video. Spent some time working for a video compression startup back in dotbomb 1.0, transitioned into the analytics space, and now I'm at a major video sharing site (cant say which one). Grew to appreciate real estate and technologies utilized by the real estate industry after being introduced to the space by a college professor. I hope to get into real estate development later down the road. In the mean time I'm focused on video and would be happy to share insight I have picked up in the past few years. My intent on here is to pick up as much information about the real estate market. Its pretty fascinating. Hope to meet some of you nice folks soon.
