Just Thought I Would Say Hello
Hi all,
I have been reading through these threads for a day or two now and found some very helpful info. I just finally decided to join so that I can now help contribute to this community. It's great to find other realtors willing to share.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone. The Anchorage real estate market seems to be recovering a bit lately. There have been a lot of oil company workers being transferred here this spring and that always helps.
