First thought is what's an Uber? Is Nick playing games and calling names for the joke of the day? Well, not really, I do seem to remember a Volkswagen commercial that may have used the term Uber.

After a little research, it seems to take on the meaning of Super Real Estate Webmaster - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C3%9Cber .
