Does anyone have any experience using this eBrokerHouse system to manage your business? I had to submit an offer through this system yesterday because the list agent uses it manage their listings and receive offers.

I actually really preferred submitting an offer through this sytem rather than email or fax.

It seems like a good number of agents in my MLS are using this now. I signed up for the 30 day free trial and I really like it. I am primarily a buyers agent and they have great features for managing buyers, properties shown, tassks, contacts and things like that.

Just curious if anyone else is using it and what your thoughts are.

Never heard of them, but Googled them, and their website is really cheesy and poorly done. What is it you liked about it exactly? What do they charge, did you sign up for the free trial?

Other questions - are you affiliate with them in any way?

No im not affiliated with them. Yes I signed up for a free trial yesterday and like it so far. Very user freindly and a lot of management features for all aspects of my business. I got a one on one demo when I signed up.

I think the price is very fair. Its $29.99 a month which I guess entitles me to unlimited document storage, unlimted assistants or team members to have accounts for free, and the ability to manage as many listings and buyers as i want.

I was attracted to it because of the offer submission feature I mentioned I had to use to submit an offer to an agent that is a member. I didnt have to become a member to submit the offer though.

How come this was moved? just curious.

Alright - this is just to much - a completely new member does not even introduce themselves and goes into blatant self promotion of a product, all of a sudden there is a second brand new member from that organization.

Anyone remember what the term for this kind of forum spam is?

Lol.. I was thinking the same thing. Only way I could see it being a coincidence is that REW already ranks #6 for ebrokerhouse. Still way to hard to believe... with OP's name being SCbroker.
