Well there you are again! I'd started a blog here forever ago and abandoned it, but I'm thinking of starting it up again. I've always participated in the RealTalk forum and didn't even realize this one was here. I've been lurking all night and I think I like it better!

Another Property Management company here. We are located in the suburbs of NY about an hour outside of Manhattan. Most of our stuff is Single Family as we don't have many Apartment Complexes. The ones we do have are self managed. Most of the PM companies out here run HOA's

What PM software do you use? I just started with Buildium and I love it. I still think they can improve some of it, but it is far better than Ideas Property Clerk we were using. You needed a CPA to run that one.
