I represent a small company which has been doing business with few Real Estate companies in Jacksonville, FL. What we do is that we provide Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports to our clients at a very cheap rate. How we do it is that we outsource, complete BPOs for our clients over the internet by online interaction. Average time per BPO is about 1 hour.
There are two type of services that we provide.
1. $15 per BPO
2. Dedicated Employee which works for you as your employee at a discussed per hour rate.
Now What you can do is, use your name to get as much BPOs as you can, keep the majour share from it and make our guys compalte it for a very little money.
We assure up to the standard work and commitment. Our department consists of a staff of real estate professionals who are excellent in completing out the BPO reports and to justify that we offer one free BPO for the new clients who wants to check us out.
