- Trimark Properties is owned and managed by a group of graduates from the University of Florida. The partners built the company after experiencing the issues in the housing market in Gainesville in the late 80s and early 90s. Believing that they could bring high quality, luxury housing to UF students at a lower price point and with better service options, the partnership begun the company with the purchase of an apartment complex formerly known as "The Gainesville Garden Townhomes" (now known as "The Courtyards"). Trimark fully renovated The Courtyards and reinvested the profits to purchase and build other apartments in Gainesville near UF campus. Trimark now owns and manages 18 apartments in Gainesville Florida, as well as two luxury dorms for UF students and several historic houses near UF for rent.
