    I represent a small company which has been doing business with few Real Estate companies in Jacksonville, FL. What we do is that we provide Broker Price Opinion (BPO) reports to our clients at a very cheap rate. How we do it is that we outsource, complete BPOs for our clients over the internet by online interaction. Average time per BPO is about 1 hour.
    There are two type of services that we provide.

    1. $15 per BPO
    2. Dedicated Employee which works for you as your employee at a discussed per hour rate.

    Now What you can do is, use your name to get as much BPOs as you can, keep the major share from it and make our guys complete it for a very little amount of money.
    We assure commitment and up to the standard work. Our department consists of a staff of real estate professionals who are excellent in completing out the BPO reports and to justify that we offer one free BPO for the new clients who wants to check us out.

    Keith; I highly recommend using the ehomes realty network as well as the 100mph marketing software. I am 27 years old - independent broker. Mitch has really nailed this one 100%. Do you research on him, call me, whatever; Mitch is there is help you grow your business through his innovative ideas, as well as successfully converting leads to sales with his 100mph which is going to catch on like wild fire! It's worth it's weight in gold.

    Hi Keith!

    How ya doing? I don't think I've answered this yet. I'm mixed on scripts. Currently I'm working with a very expensive but good business coach who is all for scripts. I have never used them in the past because I believe they take away the personality of the Agent or person making the call. However, his answer to me is that they are not me and won't have the same success I have had without guidance. That does make sense to me. For that reason, I have been working on a few scripts which will at least get the Agent through the first few minutes of the phone calls.

    I have two separate companies. One is The eHomes Realty Network and the other is 100MPH Marketing Software. The Network is an education based program where I offer all my training manuals which include lead conversion through my 100MPH Manual, floor calls, evaluating customers, etc. I also do webinars every two weeks on different subjects. On top of that my members use me as a consultant for a variety of things. Most use me for my Internet expertise and lead conversion expertise. Others use me for my marketing and advertising background and yet others use me just as a sounding board for things they want to try. My goal is to help as many Agents and Broker/Teams with their programs. I know I would have killed to have an opportunity like this when I started in this business. Since nobody did, I was left to figure it all out for myself. One difference between myself and other coaches is the fact that I run a brokerage every day and am very in tune to the needs to grow a company.

    The software is a different story. We are still fixing a few flaws, but are very close to launching. We are getting our first one in Orlando FL set up right now with a few more to follow in different parts of the country. We have two aspects of our software. The first is a very powerful CRM that's all set up and ready to go. I can do a demo at some point if you are interested. The other portion is what I call a CRM on Steroids. I basically took my lead conversion system and automated the entire process. It has saved my Agents tons of time and as the Broker, I know the work is being done even if they are not doing it in a timely manner.

    Hi Mitch-

    I'm generating a good amount of leads through my website and have a team of agents that I give them to. One of my goals this years is to increase their close rate.

    I've read some of your posts on REW and it sounds like you have something that can help me but I don't understand what the software that you offer apart from the membership does. Can everyone on my team use it?

    Both what you have and what the scripts the brothers are offering seem like they can help my team but I've read your posts about not using scripts.

    I started in Real Estate in Sept. 2001 and have worked very hard to get to where I am today. Currently I have 18 full time Agents working for me. I tell people that we are an Internet Marketing Company that sells Real Estate and Mortgages. At the end of August 1008 I launched The eHomes Realty Network. This company was launched to help Realtors and Brokers to have access to training that works.
