Hi all,

I was wondering if there is a special trick to getting Trulia to take something down out of Trulia Voices. Someone has posted one of my blogs but in a bad way, of course with out my permission.

I flagged it this morning, and also sent them a message this morning as well but there has not been any response. Of course with my luck Rudy from Trulia will not read this for 40 days of rain.

Oh Rudy of Trulia are you hanging around??

Are the posting your content or a comment about your blog?

If the person is a Realtor AND the comment is false or misleading then Article 15 of the Realtors code of ethics may get them to remove their comment.

It is a profile which links to the Desperate Housewives web page, it is a posting in Trulia Voices with a statement that is not all that helpful, then stating visit, and they give my blog URL.

I have a fairly good idea who likely created the profile that has done this, but need Trulia to respond in some way. I am sure they could shed some more lite on who created the profile.

Hmm, I guess when it comes to anything other then blog posts which are not the most positive, Trulia does not react very fast. I sent their customer service messages about this over 24 hours ago, and dispite their customer service standard being some sort of response in 20 minutes I have not heard a word out of them.

Big companies usually have a specific person dedicated to "Damage Control." That's why Rudy swooped in on those blog posts.

Asking them a question on someone else's forum probably isn't the best way to get an answer directly from them. Big companies also tend to get a bit busy.. and may have to put certain questions on hold before they can get back to you.
