Craigslist is wonderful however mileage is likely to vary based on your geography. In the San Francisco Bay Area (the epicenter for craigslist), CL is extremely popular and the traffic is pretty heavy amongst buyers/sellers, realtors, etc.

I have heard. My family was scammed. My cousin who is smart was scammed. They have hookers for sale on that web site so I guess it makes sense. They are very close.

I get alot of traffic from craigslist and I do get alot of scam and junk email from them. Thanks for the info

I get a lot of traffic from craiglist, but I as well have heard about these rental scams going on. I just made a comment on another thread about this same topic.
