Agent Access
What is the correct procedure to create accounts for allowing agents to view and manage their leads, but have no other access to other leads or website backend?

Assuming you have CMS2..
You can set them up in Lead Management, then the drop down menu at the top left for Agents, select manage agents or add agents. They then can sign on with what you entered as user name and password and only see their leads and nothing else. Of course, Admin can see everything. Easy to use system.
