Like many real estate agents, my first real estate website was a free version of a Point 2 Agents product. I spent many hours fine-tuning it and after about two years of handling my own SEO and web site development my site had achieved a decent level of success.

North County Luxury Homes is one of our most robust projects to date. This website is a custom everything! We started with the web design. Our goal was to produce a website that portrayed a luxury real estate guide for the entire San Diego County area, similar to what one might find if they walked into the high-end waterfront real estate office in downtown San Diego. The design is set up so that at any time, users can access the San Diego County MLS listings as well as local information about the communities that the realtor services. Each community page then provides intuitive sub navigation specific to that area including: Area home values, Schools, Accommodations, MLS listings (specific to that area), maps and much much more. We are really proud of what we have been able to accomplish with this website, and are confident that it will emerge as the dominant site servicing the San Deigo Real Estate Market.
