I blog from time to time and the blog seems to get decent traffic from search engines. I have a few great plugins installed and like it overall.

I noticed user's have blog information next to their user name on here. Where does that come from?

Over all great looking blog. I dont know about the usefulness of the calender though.

Also if you haven't already. You should add the commentluv plug in on your blog. This will allow people to do anchor text in the name slot without looking spammy.

Target market is The United States. I lend in all 50 states. So, I am not targeting a locality or state. I know how that varies from REW's. You usually target a locality.

I know! The thing does load slow. I need to figure it out. Thanks for the tips.

I am not worried honestly. The blog gets about 50 to 100 search engine hits a day. I am only 1 person. If I get much more traffic I will go a-wall.

Edit: I will say this though. My new computer loads it instantly. 1-2 seconds tops. My laptop which is 7 years old takes 5 to 10 seconds.

Looks like you have some really good articles! Not a fan of the Calendar either, but that's just my preference.

I got rid of the calendar. Any other suggestions?

It took sometime for me to load. Here's my 2 cents....First impression...Its so densed....very intense.....Perhaps its the settings of the kerning and alignment of the fonts...Id prefer the left panel to be moved away further a bit or shrink it a little bit instead of looking like a content column.

You might want to rename the blog with a head and subhead targetting the keywords in your market for SERP purposes.

You really have some good articles there keep improving on it and Im sure youll come out tops!

Installed Comment Luv finally. I set the default size to fill in the window and changed the title.

I think the blog would look better with 3 columns. The 3 column is in testing at the moment.

Nicely written articles. Very informative. However, loading of the site is slow.
