Wondering if anyone any experience with a good contact form product. Want the ability to make as many custom forms as I want, be able to post them (copy the html) directly to any website, have forms be emailed to any email I choose.

I have used emailme form.com before, but looking for something a little more customizable/professional.

Depending on your level of html and or php there are several good form options starting with online CSS and AJAX form generators where very little technical knowledge is needed. Many are free or have a free version. If you know php there are excellent php form classes at http://www.phpclasses.org/

Wordpress plugin Contact Form 7 meets most of my needs. It's quick and easy to use.

Be careful, many of these forms you place on your page are really just a back link to the company that made them. There is a possibility the company that made the form may be getting copied on your leads too. Your leads could be getting sold to spammers or competitors.

Jason points out a very crucial point be very careful on who you get your form's from. The wordpress site i'm working on building will be using CS forms which I know alot of reputable stand by.
