This all starts with not knowing who you are doing business with. Before starting a business relationship with a company that sends you an order via the internet, give them a call, find out how long they have been in business, ask them about payment methods etc... I get plenty of BPO orders at my real estate business and the orders don't even have a phone number or address of the company.
