I having problems updating the text in my snippet #call-box-mls#?

Any ideas?

Does the text not save? Or are there formatting issues?

After I change the text and save it nothing happens on the home page. I changed "Beach Cities Real Estate" to "Beach Cities Realty" to test it and it does save as "Beach Cities Realty" in the snippet but still shows "Beach Cities Real Estate" on the text on the home page. Does that make sense?

It doesn't look like your homepage has this snippet...
It has #call-box-top#, not #call-box-mls#.

I don't see the text that I want to edit in the #call-box-top#, its only in the #call-box-mls#.

Ah, I see now. That text was actually hard-coded in the HTML, not hooked up to that snippet. I've hooked it up now.
