Zil-ow, Tr-lia, and similar sites are your enemy! Let's think about it for about One Second.

You get a no follow link out of them and that's one link for you. If 500 people do it it they each get one link while those sites receive 500 links. Which site do you think is going to be showing up ahead of you in search phrases. To top it off, we all know they are a generous bunch and will sell the leads back to you. That's very nice of them isn't it?

Think before you cut your own throat and everyone else's at the same time. These sites are are like piranhas, they take just a little bite each time but before you know it there's nothing more than a skeleton remaining.
