The following to do list shows the remaining items that need to be done in order to complete GUIADINMUEBLES.com phase 1 development.

We would like to complete GUIADINMUEBLES.com phase 1 on December 7th week. Please confirm this is possible and how many hours are needed.


Programming

Priority Item Description
1 Complete location catalog functionality on backend. Location catalogs still have bugs when populating subdivision and neighborhood information, also, all of those are mandatory fields and the listing shouldn’t be saved without this information.

2 Complete Zip Codes relationship functionality on backend. When trying to relate a zip code to their correspondent suburb, the system doesn’t allow it, also, already marked zip codes are being unmarked.

3 Set up auto responder to include listing property link in broker message. The auto responder that reaches the broker to inform a property inquire is missing vital information for us, such as the contact details, name, phone, email and a link to the property , this is fundamental for our relationship with our advertisers. We will send a separate document with this detailed information.

4 Fix listings order to be published accordingly their level on backend. At the moment the results page shows listings without the specific order.

4.1. First we need to show level 1 in the carrousel, and this is shown in each page of the search results.
4.2. Then all results marked level 2 should be displayed, 15 per page until they are all finished.
4.3 At last and after level 2 listings come level 3 listings.

5 Fix weird code appearing services, frontend and backend. The site is still experiencing weird code appearing on services categories

6 Adapt details page template to hide photo space for listings without photo. There’re some listings that have no photo, we want to hide the photo space for those when viewing the details page

7 Refine search by keyword functionality based on backend catalogs We would like to have a functionality like this one: We need the search by word tool to search, property name, Region, Subdivision and neighborhood from the catalogs. See www.apartmentguide.com as an example.

8 Adapt CMS to permit admiration signs We need to be able to enter question & admiral marks before and after a text

2 Complete slider functionality on homepage and results page, add mouse over functionality to move and enlarge ads Slider isn’t running smoothly with the arrows. Mouse over functionality to enlarge ad details.
3 Apply design to properties by type and properties by zone to highlight their count number and polish the gray area Those modules haven’t a well achieved design, the summatory number needs to be bold and in another color and background should make easy to read not difficult. We suggest a plain color instead of two percentages of grey.
4 Apply design to print tool Skin print with logo and apply background

5 Shrink all site, polish all unnecessary gaps on site We want to reduce gaps when possible all overall

Sorry it wasn't in on time; here are the estimates we have at this point:

Design:
30 hours should cover it

Programming:
1. Complete location catalog functionality on backend - 2 hrs
2. Complete Zip Codes relationship functionality on backend - Do not fully understand. Emailing Rodrigo for Clarification
3. Set up auto responder to include listing property link in broker message - 2 hrs
4. Fix listings order to be published accordingly their level on backend - 15 mins. Description contained some info that needs to be clarified.
5. Fix weird code appearing services, frontend and backend - 2hrs
6. Adapt details page template to hide photo space for listings without photo - 1hr
7. Refine search by keyword functionality based on backend catalogs - 2hrs
8. Adapt CMS to permit admiration signs (description: We need to be able to enter question & admiral marks before and after a text) - I entered this into a page and it worked:
"¿Deseas vender o rentar tu propiedad?"
And that was just a straight copy/paste of characters. You could also go into HTML view mode and manually enter them as html entities (¿ and ¡ ). So we're not sure what the issue is?

I believe this is all that remains to be estimated?

1. Update the search results on the IDX - 5 to 6 hours programming
2. Adding the ability for provide subdivision selections on the quick search - 3 to 4 hours programming
3. looking into weird code issues in the backend - 2 to 3 hours programming

The site is still experiencing weird code appearing on services categories

6 Keyword search
To add this text into the keyword search: Ingresa nombre, región, zona o tipo de propiedad que estas buscando

We want to reduce gaps when possible all overall.
10 hours design should cover this one - may be be less, may be more, but depends on how much you would like modified.
