I wanted to make a blog content suggestion for anyone who posts blogs to garner new clients.

Colleen (the wife, boss, and our broker) wrote up an offer yesterday for a client that came to us through a blog entry we wrote. I published a blog entry about homes in Sun Willows. Well, if a person searches for 'sun willows homes' especially adding the city 'pasco' to it, our blog comes up number one. Our client came to us as a result of looking for a home in Sun Willows! There are probably only 100 homes in Sun Willows, but I knew we would eventually get a client.

My point is, everyone serious about getting clients through search needs to have content about every community, park, place, etc., in their respective cities. Generally, these topics are easy to rank for, receives minimal traffic, but pay off in the long run.

For those with cool idx searches, you can draw the client in by adding a link to a map search of the community in your blog entry. I believe REW's idx functionality allows for map searches plus more.

Anyway, I just thought I would throw the blog entry content suggestion out to anyone interested.

P.S. I just published a blog entry about our local softball complex being rated #1 in the nation. Do ya think I wrote the blog entry about the softball complex, or for the search, 'homes by pasco softball complex.' Hmm, probably both!
