Ok so I am reading through the REW Blogs tonight and I see a post from a blogger in Tampa.

What did I find? This post was nothing but tons of links to all of their pages on their site, no useful or unique content and of course they spammed the related links as well.

What else was wrong with this REW blogger? On the left hand side we have provided a place to link to your website(s) if you have them, however this person did not just link to the index page of a site or two, they linked to so many freaking pages of their site it was insane.

Don't get banned from REW blogs, follow the rules and post unique and insightful content that will be enjoyed and appreciated by your visitors. These blogs are here for you to increase your business and reputation online, NOT so you can create link farms.

For the most part members and bloggers are doing very well - but wanted to post a real life example of what not to do, we do read every blog.

Happen to have a screenshot? The page you describe sounds like one of those spammy pages that are so intentionally breaking the rules its kind of funny.

People are doing crazy things to get more attention to their website. Glad you banned them!

I had an expertrealty agent actually post links to their real estate website under keywords in the comments section of my activerain blog. Talk about nerve.

358 links, multiplied by about $5 a year each for the name (assuming he got a bulk discount of some sort).

That's $1790 a year, just to own the name. That isn't even counting hosting, though I hope he has like 2-3 sites and they all just link to them.

I didn't spend much time on his AR profile but went to one of his many site links & the site isn't even indexed (just some of the images from the site are). It was the Tarrant County fsbo site. Not sure about his other sites.
