Hi,

I've been looking into systems/coaching a lot lately. I'm a somewhat experienced agent that moved into a completely new area about 7 weeks ago. I've done fairly decent in this dead market (1 closed, 3 listings) for the short amount of time.

Anyone ever used or heard of Todd Bates and his master your marketing material? His coaching seems very reasonably priced and his messages all seem very direct and in your face.

Yes, I have heard of him, but I have never looked into his coaching or materials.
