Not sure if posting this is against the rules so feel free to remove if in violation...
I have a unique/niche listing (drag racing track) and I'm looking for unique target marketing suggestions. Aside from the common: MLS, Auction and Newspaper. It is already posted on our website, mls and appears in the newspaper weekly (doubt anyone local will be purchasing this) as well as quite a few other websites. I've done mail outs to racing schools and was considering mail outs to current track owners (not sure how to actually locate these people at the moment). What I am looking for is not so much of the ordinary marketing ideas as much as targeting those qualified to purchase such an item by way of out of the ordinary target marketing (kinda odd request I know ).It is zoned as racetrack (any kind) if that helps. Any thoughts, suggestions or ideas? If you don't feel comfortable posting openly, I welcome pm'd suggestions. Thanks in advance

Perhaps it might be worth talking to local car club members? Somne of those folks have lots of time and money...
The NHRA (natl Hot Rod Assn) might be able to provide a member list? Or you could at least put a classified ad in their publication, National Dragster.

A friend of mind just bought a dirt track up here in Northern Illinois earlier this year. I just called him and he told me he was looking in the racetrack magazines out there. He said he found it in the classifieds in the back of the book.
The three he mentioned are: Dirt late model racing Circle track digest and mudslinger (Can't find a link for this one....sorry) Good luck...... and thanks again for those spreadsheets.

How much are you asking for it? How much land is included? How much parking space? Grandstand? concessions station? Easy on and off the main road?

Is there any change of use potential as well? How easily can the zoning be changed? Additionally, you may want to get a list of the commercial REALTORS in your area and send them an email regarding the listing....
