Hi, my name is Eric Medemar and I am a recovering real estate junky, I am a real estate investor from grand rapids, MI and own 35 properties, I have 4 real estate investing courses available online and a serious addiction to money and real estate.

The first step to overcoming my real estate addiction is admitting I have a problem. So there you go
